O R D E R

The prayer in this Crl.M.C. is as follows:

"..... to quash Annexure C order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kollam in CMP No.6704/2012 in crime Nos.1514/ 2011, 1003/2011 and 991/2011 and permit the 4th respondent herein to sell the property having an extent of 55.5 cents of land in Re.Survey No.51, Block No.52 of Kollam East Village, to the petitioner in the interests of justice."

Sri.Harish.R.Menon, learned counsel for the petitioner has now filed Crl.M.A.No.6462/2015 in this Crl.M.C. with the following prayer:

"...... permit the petitioner to withdraw the above Crl.M.C. by recording the settlement entered into between the parties as evidenced by Annexure A, if not the petitioner will be put to suffer irreparable loss, damages and inconvenience." In the light of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this Crl.M.C. is closed recording the settlement at Anx.A award dated 17.6.2015 made through the Lok Adalat (District Legal Services Authority, Kollam) as per the provisions of Sec.19 of the Legal Authorities of Act (Act No.39 of 1987).
