~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is practically over and the investigating officer is presently awaiting FSL report for filing the final report. Matters being so, any further direction is not required. The investigating officer shall file final report, as expeditiously as possible, on getting the FSL report. The investigating officer shall also make earnest effort to get the FSL report at the earliest. With the said directions, this Crl.M.C. is closed. In case of further grievance, the petitioner is free to approach this Court again.
