ORDER

The prayer is to direct the 2nd respondent to register a crime on the basis of Annexure-A complaint and investigate the matter and charge the case.

2. It has been reported that the complaint, allegedly preferred by the petitioner, has not been received at the Kallambalam police station. To that effect, a statement has been filed before this Court, by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kallambalam.

3. Heard. The petitioner shall prefer the complaint once again, at the Kallambalam police station and in such an event, the Sub Inspector of Police, Kallambalam shall receive the petition and act accordingly.
