O R D E R

According to the petitioner, he wants to surrender before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Taliparamba in C.C.No.1210 of 2014, in which he is the 1st accused. The only request of the petitioner is that the court below may be directed to dispose of his application seeking bail on the date of surrender itself.

2. The court below shall consider and dispose of the bail application, if any, that may be filed by the petitioner, on the date of his surrender itself, provided advance notice is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.

This Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
