O R D E R

It seems that the petitioners were absent before the Court below on 27-2-2015 on the date on which CW8 was present for examination. The learned Counsel for the petitioners had filed an application for condoning their absence. As the learned Counsel had to appear before some other court, he had sought for an adjournment for the cross examination of CW8. It seems that the court below has dismissed the application and issued non-bailable warrant against the petitioners. Their bail was cancelled and notices were issued to the sureties also. It seems that even though they had approached the court below with an advance application on 2-3-2015, the same was not entertained.

2. The court below is directed to consider and dispose of the application for bail that may be filed by the

petitioners on their surrender before the court below within 10 days from today, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case.

With the said direction this Crl.M.C is disposed of. Sd/- B.KEMAL PASHA, JUDGE.
