JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the proceeding with liberty to file proper petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. In the present circumstance, where the whole proceeding has come to an end, the petitioner will have to seek invocation of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file proper proceeding. He is permitted to take back the impugned order for filing proper application.
