ORDER

The prayer is to direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Mavelikkara to defer the examination of CW1 in the case, to the 2nd week of April 2015 in C.C. No.964 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

3. It seems that CW1, who is the victim in the case, is working as a staff nurse at a hospital in Saudi Arabia. Her mother, who is the present petitioner, had filed applications repeatedly, before the court below seeking for an adjournment for the examination of CW1, to the 2nd week of April 2015, so that CW1 can safely come over here without losing her job.

4. The Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Mavelikkara is directed to adjourn the said case for the examination of CW1 to 17.04.2015 or any subsequent date as last chance. If the evidence in the said case is closed, the court below shall re-open the evidence and post the case for the examination of CW1 to 17.04.2015.
