O R D E R

Anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Manjeri on 21.11.2013, through Annexure-I order. The petitioner was directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer at 10 a.m. on 25.11.2013. According to the petitioner, he had to undergo a surgery and therefore, he could not appear before the Investigating Officer. Thereafter, he filed an application before the court below, for getting the condition modified. Through Annexure-III order, the court below granted permission to surrender before the Investigating Officer on 15.01.2014. Thereafter, without complying with the order, the petitioner has rushed to

Crl.M.C. No. 472 of 2014 -: 2 :- this Court. There is absolutely nothing to interfere with the said order. The petitioner shall surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 31.12.2015. This Crl.M.C is dismissed accordingly.
