ORDER

Sri. Santhosh P. Poduval, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, all contentions of the petitioner may be kept reserved to be raised by him, in appropriate proceedings arising out of either out of the present impugned criminal proceedings or in other related civil proceedings. He further submitted that the petitioner has strong contentions as regards the legality of the very act of seizure of the car. Sri. Santhosh P. Poduval, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on this basis, the petitioner is not pressing the present Crl.M.C with liberty to invoke appropriate remedies at the appropriate stage.

He would further pray before this court that this court may make a specific observation that the findings in the present impugned order shall not not trammel or influence the appropriate proceedings either criminal or civil that may be raised by the parties on the issues emanating from the transactions in question. In view of the submission of the petitioner, the Crl. M.

in the present impugned order shall not in any way trammel or influence, the other appropriate proceedings either civil or criminal as above stated. Sd/- ALEXANDER THOMAS J.
