O R D E R
The prayer in this Crl.M.C. is as follows:
"...... to quash Annexure A4 FIR and all further proceedings pursuant to it in Crime No.129/2015 of Central Police Station, Ernakulam District as against the petitioner, so as to secure the ends of justice."

Now the 1st respondent Station House Officer, Central Police Station, Ernakulam, has filed a statement dated 31.3.2015, in which, inter alia, it is stated in the last para thereof as follows: "It is respectfully submits (sic) that the Investigating Officer conducted a fruitful investigation and it is revealed that the respondent made only financial transaction with the petitioner. So the case has been final (sic) reported as Civil Nature on 18.03.2015. There was Civil case at Ernakulam Sub Court as O.S.No.561/2012 and 138 N.I. Act case at the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Alappuzha as S.T.3712/12 against the 2nd respondent." 3.
