O R D E R
The prayer in this Crl.M.C instituted under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking invocation of the inherent powers conferred as per the provisions is as follows: "... to direct the juvenile justice Board, Kasargod to try and dispose of the above case without any further delay or within such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice."

Heard Sri. M.M.Abdul Rahiman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. K.I.Abdul Rasheed, learned Additional Director General of Prosecution and Additional State Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State of Kerala.

As requested by this Court, the learned Additional DG of Prosecution has submitted that final report in Crime No. 261/2012 of Bakel Police Station has already been submitted before the Juvenile Justice Board, Kasaragod on 19.8.2015, against all the juveniles in this crime. This submissions made on behalf of the respondent is recorded. In the light of this submission, it is ordered
Crl.M.C No.2623 of 2015 - : 2 :- that the Juvenile Justice Board, Kasaragod will deal with the matter in accordance with law and make all reasonable attempts may be made by the Juvenile Justice Board to ensure that the matter is expeditiously concluded without much delay.
With these observations and directions, the Crl.M.C stands finally disposed of.
