O R D E R

Petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by Sessions Judge in Crl. M.C. No. 6797 of 2015. Condition Nos. 3 and 4 were as follows:- XXX

(3) The petitioner shall not leave the State of Kerala without obtaining prior permission from this court.

(4) The petitioner shall report before the investigating officer on every Monday and Friday in between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon for a period of two months or during filing of final report whichever happens earlier.

3. The prayer is that the conditions may be lifted. The ground is that he wants to go abroad in connection with his business.

4. Heard.

5. The investigation is in progress. It is not proper to lift the conditions.

6. But, I think the submission of the learned counsel that the conditions may be suspended for two months is reasonable. In the result, condition Nos. 3 and 4 in the bail order mentioned above will stand suspended for two months from
