ORDER
The prayer in the Crl.M.C. is as follows:
" .....honourable Court may be pleased to set aside Annexure-A3 interim order and pass an order directing the Hon'ble Sessions Court, Kollam to dispose Crl.Rev.No.5/21015 by a speaking order within a time frame that fixed by this Honourable Court."
2. Heard Sri.Joby Cyriac, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent State of Kerala.
3. In the view that this Court proposes to take in matter, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondents 1 and 2 and hence notices to those private parties are dispensed with. It is ordered in the interest of justice that Sessions Court, Kollam shall take all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Annexure A2 Crl.R.P.No.5/2015 (arising out of the impugned Annexue A1 order dated 12/02/2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kollam) is disposed of without much further delay, after reasonable opportunity of being heard on both sides. The
Crl.M.C. No.2995 of 2015 2 learned Sessions Judge will endeavour to dispose of the said Crl.R.P. at least within a period of six weeks from the production certified copy of this order.
With these observations and directions the Crl.M.C stands finally disposed of.
