ORDER

Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

2. The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.60 of 2008 on the file of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam registered for the offence under Section 498A IPC.

3. The only prayer is to direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case without delay. The case has been pending for the last seven years. It is quite unfortunate that the case could not be disposed of so far. I am conscious of the fact that there is a huge pendency in this particular court. But the learned Magistrate may take notice of the fact that this is a family matter and try to dispose it of the case at least within four months.

In the result, this Crl.M.C is disposed of with the above direction.
