Sri.V.A.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits tat the petitioner would limit his prayer for appropriate direction to ensure consideration of the application for discharge that may be filed by the petitioner before the court below concerned. 2.
In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice it is ordered that in case the stage for entertaining the plea of discharge has not yet been crossed, it is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application for discharge before the court below, upon which the said court will consider such plea and after hearing both sides will take a decision thereon in accordance with law without much delay.
With the above observations and directions, this Crl.M.C stands finally disposed of.
ALEXANDER THOMAS, Judge.
