ORDER
Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
2. The petitioners are accused in C.C.No.299 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class-II, Thamarassery. They are charged with having committed the offences under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 473 read with 34 IPC. The request is to quash the proceedings in the criminal case on the ground that the dispute is purely of a civil nature and the allegations do not constitute any offence.

At the hearing it was submitted that the petitioners filed an application for their discharge in the trial court and that has now been dismissed. The remedy is to file a revision challenging the correctness of the order. The proceedings cannot be quashed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
