ORDER
Sri. C.P.Udayabhanu learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not pressing this Crl.M.C with liberty to work out his remedies in accordance with law. In view of the submission of the petitioner the Crl.M.C. is closed as not pressed with the above said liberty.
2. Registry will return back all the documents produced as Annexures to the Crl.M.C to the petitioner's counsel on condition that he shall furnish photocopies of the same. Registry will keep attested photocopies of such documents to form part of the records in this case.
The Crl.M.C. Stands closed accordingly.
