O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Petitioners are accused in CC.NO.1310/2014 of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, North Paravur. They alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 323 and 324 of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the matter has been settled and the proceedings in the criminal case may be quashed.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the respondents 2 and 3 and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Respondents 2 and 3 who are the victims in the case have filed affidavits stating that they have no objection to the proceedings in the criminal case being quashed. I am satisfied that the allegation is true. No public interest is involved in this case.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed. The proceedings in C.C.No.1310/2014 on the file of the Judicial

CRL.M.C.No.3643 of 2015 First Class Magistrate Court-III, North Paravur are quashed.
