O R D E R

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ The learned Special Government Pleader for Forests has pointed out that as per the report of the forest officials, no other crime has been registered against the petitioner in that Forest Range. Considering the said fact, this Court is of the view that presently, the passport of the petitioner can be released to the petitioner. 2.

In the result, the court below is directed to release the passport of the petitioner on the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for ₹1 lakhs with two solvent sureties each for

the like sum to the satisfaction of the court below. The sureties shall be from the State of Kerala.

(ii) The petitioner shall produce his passport as and when called for.

(iii) The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation as and when required.
