O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Petitioner is the accused in Sessions Case No.139/2015. On his failure to appear before the court a non bailable warrant has been issued against him. The prayer of the petitioner is to issue a direction to the Sessions Judge to consider the bail application that may be filed by him in case he surrenders before the trial court. 3.

Heard.

This court cannot interference in the discretion that has been conferred on the court by the Cr.P.C. Moreover, this court cannot issue a direction to the learned Sessions Judge to pass an order on an application which has so far not been filed.

In the result, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed.
