O R D E R

When the application came up for hearing today, the Counsel for the second respondent, who is the complainant in the lower court submitted that, the matter has been settled between the parties and the case has already been withdrawn. The Counsel for the petitioners also submitted that, to his knowledge also the matter has been settled and in view of the submission made by the Counsel for the second respondent, the learned Counsel submitted that the above submissions may be recorded and the Criminal Miscellaneous Case may be dismissed as not pressed.

So, the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioners and the second respondent were recorded and the Criminal Miscellaneous Case is dismissed as not pressed. Interim orders granted is vacated and Crl.M.A.No.5724/2013 is dismissed.
