O R D E R
Sri.S.Rajeev, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Crl.M.C, the police had completed the investigation and submitted the final report and therefore the petitioner may be granted permission to withdraw this Crl.M.C. to effectuate the challenge against the final report in the manner known to law. It is also requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the certified copy of the Annexure -I and the originals of Annexure II affidavit may be directed to the Registry to return to the petitioner and that the petitioner will supply photocopies of such documents to be placed in the case file.
2. In view of the submission of the petitioner this Crl.M.C.is closed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty.
3. Registry will return back the certified copy of Annexure-I FIR and the originals of Annexure-II affidavit to the petitioner's
Crl.M.C.2906 of 2014 - : 2 :- counsel after retaining the attested copies of such documents in the original case file.
