O R D E R

The petitioners in Crl.M.C 2955 of 2014 are accused in Crime No.798 of 2013 of Kalady Police Station registered for offences under Secs. 323, 324, 326 r/w 34 of IPC. The first respondent is the de facto complainant in that case. 2.

In Crl.M.C 3205 of 2015, the petitioners are accused in Crime No.89 of 2013 of Kalady Police Station registered for offences under Secs. 143, 147, 148, 324 308 r/w 149 of IPC. The first respondent is the de facto complainant in that case. The police after investigation submitted the impugned Anx-A2 final report/charge sheet in the said crime. 3.

In Crl.M.C 3208 of 2015, the petitioners are the accused in Crime No.88 of 2013 of Kalady Police Station registered for offences under Secs. 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 308 r/w 149 of IPC. The police after investigation submitted the impugned Anx-A2 final report/charge sheet in the said crime.

Crl.M.C No.3208 of 2015 - : 2 :- The first respondent is the de facto complainant in that case. 2.

The respective de facto complainant has sworn to affidavits in all these cases stating that the respective petitioners and the respective de facto complainants have settled all the disputes that arose due to rivalry between student political organizations in the Sri. Sankara College and that the respective de facto complainants have no objection for quashment of the impugned criminal proceedings. It is in the light of these aspects that the prayer for quashment may be made in these cases. Accordingly, these Crl.M.Cs stand finally disposed of as follows: 1.

In Crl.M.C No. 2955 of 2014, it is ordered that the impugned Annexure -A1 final report /charge sheet filed in the impugned Crime 798/13 of Kalady Police Station and all further proceedings arising therefrom pending against the petitioners are quashed.

In Crl.M.C No. 3205 of 2015, it is ordered that the impugned Annexure -A2 final report /charge sheet filed in the impugned Crime 89/13 of Kalady Police Station and all further proceedings arising therefrom pending against the petitioners are quashed.

Crl.M.C No.3208 of 2015 - : 3 :- 3.

In Crl.M.C No. 3208 of 2015, it is ordered that the impugned Annexure -A2 final report /charge sheet filed in the impugned Crime 88/13 of Kalady Police Station and all further proceedings arising therefrom pending against the petitioners are quashed.
