O R D E R

The prayers in this Crl.M.C. are as follows:

"..... to set aside Annexure A4 order in Crl.M.P.No.2378/2015 and Annexure A6 order in Crl.M.P.No.2522/2015 in Crl.M.C.No. 1240/2015 of the 1st Addl. Sessions Court, Thrissur and enlarge the time granted to surrender before the Sub Inspector of Police, Varantharappilly in compliance with Annexure A1 order, so as to secure the ends of justice.

Heard Sri.C.A.Chacko, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State of Kerala.

Taking into account the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered in the interest of justice that the time limit granted by the 1st Addl. Sessions Court, Thrissur, for compliance of Anx.A-1 order in Crl.M.C.No.1240/2015 on the file of the Sessions Court, Thrissur, will stand extended by a further period of two weeks from today.
