ORDER

Sri.Shajin S.Hameed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a memo dated 24.07.2015 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, for permission to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Case. The said memo reads as follows: "Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.671/2014 of Kadavanthara Police Station. He had filed the above numbered Criminal Miscellaneous Case with a prayer to quash Annexure-A FIR, as against him. While the matter was pending before this Honorable Court, the investigating officer has submitted final report before The Chief Judicial Magistrate Court in Crime No.671/2014 and the same is pending now as C.C.No.180/2014. Therefore, the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the above numbered Criminal Miscellaneous Case and he is willing to withdraw the above case with the permission of this Honorable Court."

In view of this aspects, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case stands closed as withdrawn.
