O R D E R

The prayer in this Crl.M.C. is for a direction to modify condition No.1 of Anx.1 bail order granted by the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Kalady on 23.4.2015 in C.M.P.No.1082/2015 in O.R.No.2/2015 of Karakkad Forest Station.

The impugned condition No.1 of Anx.I order reads as follows:

"Both accused shall appear before the Investigation Officer on every Monday till further orders."

Heard both sides.

It is ordered in the interest of justice that the impugned condition No.1 of Anx.I bail order will stand modified by substituting the direction that both the accused shall appear before the investigation officer on every first Monday of every month until the completion of the investigation. After the completion of the investigation, it will be open to the petitioners to seek further
