O R D E R
The prayer in this Crl.M.C. is as follows:
"..... to grant one month time to comply with Annexure A-2 order of the Sessions Court, Kozhikode in C.M.P.No.1588/2015 in Crl.Appeal No. 199/2015."

The operative portion of Anx.A-2 order of the Court of Session, Kozhikode Division on Crl.M.P.No.1588/2015 in Crl.Appeal No. 199/2015 reads as follows:
"Heard. Execution of impugned sentence stands suspended and the accused will be released on bail on condition that he shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial court and also depositing a sum of Rs.18,000/- before the trial court being the part of fine amount within a period of 30 days from today."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State of Kerala.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered in the interest of justice that the time limit stipulated in Anx.A-2 order for depositing Rs.18,000/- before the trial court shall stand extended by a further period of one month from today.
