O R D E R
Petitioners are A1 and A2 in C.C.No.303/2011 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court -I, Alappuzha, which has arisen from Crime No.498/2008 of the South Police Station, Alappuzha, for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 IPC.
2. According to the petitioners, they are not in any way connected with the offence alleged and they were unaware of the earlier transaction in respect of the property. The details of those matters cannot be gone into by this Court at this stage. In case charges are not framed by the court below, these matters can be brought to the notice of the court below by the petitioners, so that the
Crl.M.C. No. 4305 of 2015 court below can examine those matters in detail with the available evidence on record.
By giving such a liberty to the petitioners, this Crl.M.C is closed.
