O R D E R

Sri.Ziraj P.M, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to withdraw this Crl.M.C with liberty to file a comprehensive Crl.M.C for taking additional grounds as well as to incorporate new challenge against the impugned criminal proceedings for having included the offences under the MMDR Act. In view of the submission of the petitioner the Crl.M.C stands closed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty. Registry will return back Anx.1 certified copy of the impugned order to the petitioner after retaining an attested photocopy of the same in the original case file.
