O R D E R

The petitioner in both Crl.M.Cs is the accused in S.T.No.10000 of 2014 and S.T.No.10002 of 2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Changanacherry.

2. It seems that the prosecution has been initiated against the petitioner through a complaint filed by the Inspector under the Minimum Wages Act, filed under Section 22A of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

3. This Court is not presently making any observations with regard to the maintainability or otherwise of the complaint. According to the petitioner, the complaint against him is not maintainable. It is for him to appraise the matter before the court below.

4. Presently, non-bailable warrant has been pending

CRL.M.C. Nos.4592 &4614 of 2015 2 against him in the case. On his surrender before the court below within 15 days from the today, the court below shall consider and dispose of his application seeking bail on the date of its filing itself.
