When this petition came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.2786/2013 of Kottiyam police station has already been completed and final report filed and it is pending as C.C.No.137/2014 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kollam. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
