O R D E R

Smt.Nidhi Balachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in these four Cr.M.Cs submits that leave may be given to the petitioner herein to withdraw these four Crl.M.Cs with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive petition U/S 482 of Cr.P.C, precisely pleading in the synopsis and the statement of facts about the crucial allegations raised against the petitioner in each of these respective impugned FIRs and the impugned final reports/charge sheets, etc., and that this Court may also directed the Registry to return back the certified copies of the documents produced as Annexures in these Crl.M.Cs. In view of this submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, these four Crl.M.Cs stand closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C as prayed above. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall make meticulous pleadings in such fresh petition, about the precise nature of the allegations and imputations made against her in these impugned FIR and the

Crl.M.C Nos.4829, 4831, 4832, 4833 of 2015 - : 2 :- impugned final report/charge sheet. The petitioner will also produce legible typewritten malayalam and English translated versions of the Annexures more particularly Column No.12 of the FIR, Column No.16 of the final report, etc. The Registry shall return back the certified copies of the documents produced as Annexures in these Crl.M.Cs to the petitioner, if she so requires but the Registry shall retain the attested copies of such documents in the respective original files concerned.
