O R D E R

Sri.Suman Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners herein (A1 & A2) are not pressing this Crl.M.C with liberty to move a fresh Crl.M.C by impleading not only the petitioners herein (A1 & A2) but also the other three accused in the crime in respect of the same issue.

In view of the submission of the petitioners, this Crl.M.C stands closed as not pressed with the aforestated liberty. Registry to return back the originals of the Annexures produced in this case to the petitioners' counsel on condition that the attested photocopies of such documents should be retained in the case file to form part of the case records.
