O R D E R

After having heard the learned counsel on both sides, it is felt that matter has been dragged on for a long time and a quietus needs to be given to the issue. Even though principal amount itself is 1,00,000/-, after much ₹ deliberation, it is felt that the respondent is permitted to pay 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in 20 equal ₹ monthly instalments in full discharge of the debt. This petition is disposed of directing the respondent to pay 1,00,000/- in 20 equal monthly instalments; ₹ the first of which shall be paid on or before 05.07.2015 to be followed by similar instalments to be effected on or before 05th of succeeding months. If the respondent complies with the above direction, the decree shall be deemed to be satisfied. If any one of the instalments is defaulted, the decree shall be put in execution.
