ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash Annexure-1, first information report in Crime No.764/2015 of Koratty police station under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

It is seen from the statement filed by the respondent that after investigation final report was filed on 30.06.2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Chalakkudy. When this was pointed out, the counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the final report filed.
