O R D E R
It is pointed out that Annexure- A3 Crl.M.P.No.6266 of 2015 in Crime No.718 of 2015 of Ayiroor Police Station is now pending consideration before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram District and that the matter now stands posted to 11/08/2015. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the seized lorry is even now fully loaded with oil and that all the tyres of vehicle will get depleted if the oil is not urgently unloaded. In these circumstances, there will be a order that the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Varkala will take up Annexure-A3 Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for consideration without any further delay preferably on the day or the next day on receipt of a certified copy of this order and pass necessary orders after hearing the petitioner through his counsel if any, and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the
Crl.M.C.No.5022 of 2015 - : 2 :- Investigating Officer. A copy of the order that is passed by the learned Magistrate in compliance with this order shall be forwarded by him to the Registry of this Court.
With these observations and directions the Crl.M.C.stands finally disposed of.
