The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.661 of 2014 of the Ettumanoor Police Station for the offences under Sections 452, 395 and 120B IPC and Section 17 of the Kerala Money Lenders Act.
2. Serious allegations have been levelled against the petitioner and the matter is under investigation.
3. The investigating officer has filed a detailed statement. The statement is self speaking. Much discussion is not required to conclude that the investigation has to go on in the matter.
