O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioners in these Crl.M.C. Nos.5058 & 5063/2015 submit that the de facto complainant in the respective impugned crimes have been arrayed as the respective petitioner in these Crl.M.Cs., and the accused in the impugned crimes have been arrayed as the contesting respondents in both the cases, erroneously and that leave may be granted to the petitioners to withdraw these Crl.M.Cs, with liberty to file proper petitions by correcting these mistakes. In view of the submission made by the petitioners, this Crl.M.C is closed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty to file fresh Crl.M.C., wherein all the accused persons in the respective crime concerned should necessarily be in the petitioners array. Registry will return back the certified copy of the documents produced in
Crl.M.C No.5058 & 5063 of 2015 - : 2 :- these petitions to the learned counsel for the petitioners, but attested photocopies of the same shall be placed in the respective original case files.
