O R D E R

Sri.P.G.Jayashankar learned counsel for the petitioner submits that leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw this Crl.M.C. with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive Memorandum of Criminal Miscellaneous Case, in order to correct certain inadvertent mistakes that has kept into the drafting of the petition. It is pointed out that while making certain averments which are actually in relation to the petitioner's father, which has been inadvertently and erroneously referred to as that of the petitioner.

2. In view of the submission made by the petitioner this Crl.M.C. is closed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty to the petitioner.

Registry will return back the certified copies of the documents produced as Annexures A and B in this petition, to the petitioner's counsel on condition that the attested photocopies of the same shall be enclosed in this original case file.
