O R D E R
Earlier order dated 30.09.2015 is recalled. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that presently the investigation is over in the matter and a factual report has been prepared and submitted by the investigating officer for approval. Only on approval, the Final Report can be filed. It is also submitted that the Final Report can be filed within a period of one month.
By recording the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Crl.M.C. is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Final Report, in case of any further grievance in the matter.
