O R D E R

The prayer in this Crl.M.C. is as follows:

"....... to quash the conditions imposed in the order in Crl.M.P.No.1536/2015 in Crl.Appeal No. 278/2015 dated 13.7.2015 before the Court of Sessions Judge, Ernakulam filed against the Original Judgment in C.C.No.26/2013 dated 15.06.2015 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-IV, Kochi, against the petitioner who is arrayed as the accused herein."

When this matter was taken up for consideration, Sri.C.A.Majeed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would like to confine the prayer in this case that this Court may pass appropriate orders extending the time limit stipulated in the impugned Anx.A-2 order for depositing of Rs.50,000/- by a further time of three months. 3.

Heard Sri.C.A.Majeed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State of Kerala.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case and in the interest of justice, it is ordered

Crl.M.C.5263/15 - : 2 :- that the time limit stipulated in Anx.A-2 order passed by the Sessions Court, Ernakulam, for depositing the amount of Rs.50,000/- shall stand extended by a further period of three months from today.

With these observations and directions, the Crl.M.C. stands finally disposed of.
