The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Crl.M.C. with liberty to file a proper revision petition against the impugned order rejecting the request for further investigation in the crime. The submission is accepted. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a revision petition against the impugned order.
