ORDER

This revision petition is preferred against the judgment of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Thodupuzha for offence punishable under Section 323, 324, 326 r/w 34 IPC. Prosecution examined PW1 to PW9 and admitted Ext.P1 to P8 and MO1 and MO2 in evidence. After analysing the oral and documentary evidence, trial court acquitted the accused and against that the de-facto complainant preferred this appeal. After filing this appeal, several directions were issued by this court to take steps against the respondents. Defects cured and delay was condoned. But no steps were taken against the respondents. Today when the revision petition came up for hearing, no steps are taken. In the circumstance, there is no merit in continuing this revision petition and it is dismissed for non-prosecution.
