O R D E R

Complaining about the inadequacies in the investigation and by detailing his grievances, the de facto complainant in Crime No.667/2015 of the Thrikkakkara Police Station, has filed Annexure 1 petition before the Investigating Officer.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that the Investigating Officer has to take note of the grievances expressed in Annexure 1 petition and to conduct an investigation in that line also.

With the said direction, this Crl.M.C is presently closed.
