O R D E R

Sri.Rakseh Roshan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Crl.M.C. is not being pressed as stated in the not-pressed memo dated 2.7.2015, filed in this case, which reads as follows: "The above Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioner against the exclusion of an offence punishable Under Section 494 of I.P.C from in the charge framed against the respondent who is the accused in C.C.No. 837/2010 of J F C M Court, Vatakara.

Now all the issues in relation to their marriage are settled out of court and they are living separately as divorce is effected already. In the light of the settlement as stated above this memo is filed. Hence in the interest of justice, it is humbly prayed that this hon'ble court may be pleased to dismiss the above Criminal M.C. as not pressed."

In the light of this submission of the petitioner, this Crl.M.C. is closed as not-pressed.
