--------------------------------------- Crl.M.C No.4626 of 2014 --------------------------------------- Dated this the 24th day of February, 2015 O R D E R The petitioner herein is the first accused in Crime No.181/2014 of the Kottayi Police Station, Palakkad District, registered under Section 409 r/w 120B of the Indian Penal Code on the complaint of M/s.Southern Ispat Limited represented by its authorised signatory Mr.Vivek Agarwal. The petitioner seeks orders quashing the FIR and further proceeding in the crime on the ground that the complaint is really baseless, and brought as a counter blast to the civil action initiated against the complainant by the accused. Now there is police report that after final investigation the police found that the complaint is false, and that the crime stands referred.
The report of the police that the crime stands referred is recorded, and this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is closed.
