~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.421/2014 of Binanipuram Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 IPC.

The present request of the petitioners is for a direction to the court below to grant bail to the petitioners on their surrender. This Court cannot pass such an order. It is for the learned Magistrate to pass appropriate orders on the surrender of the petitioners before it.
In the result, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed. At the same time, the court below is directed to dispose of the
Crl.M.C.5832/2015 : 2 :
application seeking bail, if any filed by the petitioners, on their surrender before the court below within 15 days from today, on the date of filing itself, provided advance notice on such application has been given to the Assistant Public Prosecutor also.
