O R D E R

Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

2. Petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.471 of 2015 of Vellikulangara Police station registered for the offences under Secs.188, 294(b), 341, 353 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code and Secs.118(a) and 117(e) of the Kerala Police Act. He was granted bail by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chalakkudy subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions is that he shall not enter the local limits of Vellikulangara Police station for three months. This direction is challenged.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Having regard to the nature of the allegations I am satisfied that the restriction can be limited to this day.

5. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is allowed in part. The restriction that the petitioner shall not enter the local limits of Vellikulangara Police station is valid only till this day. The other prayers in this proceedings are left open. Sd/- K. ABRAHAM MATHEW JUDGE
