O R D E R

A compromise has been entered into between the parties in C.C.No.553/15 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Cherthala, which has arisen from Crime No.588 of 2014 of the Poochakkal Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 324 and 326 read with Section 149 of the IPC. 2.

On going through the allegations and the injuries sustained to the defacto complainant, this Court is of the view that this is not a matter which can be permitted to be compounded. At the same time, when the parties have entered into a settlement, the court below shall expedite the disposal of the matter, in view of the settlement arrived at

CRL.M.C.No. 5895 of 2015 -: 2 :- between the parties.
