O R D E R

Petitioner is the 5th accused in Crime No.464 of 2011 of the Erumappetty Police Station, presently pending as C.C.No.97 of 2012 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Wadakkanchery, Thrissur. The petitioner was enlarged on bail. Subsequently, he had to go abroad and therefore, he could not appear before the court below. Non-bailable warrant is pending against him. The trial of the case is scheduled to be held on 23.09.2015.

2. The court below is directed to dispose of the application seeking bail, if any in case of his surrender prior to 23.09.2015, that may be filed by the petitioner before the court below on the date of filing itself, provided, advance notice is served on the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case. This Crl.M.C. is disposed of as above.
